Vic Careedy, Director of Source Human Resources established the business after working as a senior Human Resources Manager in a variety of interesting and publicly listed Australian companies. With this background of Human Resources and management experience in manufacturing and technical environments Vic is attuned to the changing dynamics in these sectors and the pressures faced daily at a corporate and operational level.
