The question that I love a prospective client to ask is, "What makes you different from all the other recruitment companies?" The answer is simple.
I try to make working with Source Human Resources a similar experience to having a skilled in house recruiting capacity, but without the management hassles and standing costs. I take the responsibility to achieve the best possible result for my client and guide them through the process, as if I was actually a member of the client's executive team. I gain an understanding of the issues the business faces and its values.I get to know the people and they get to know me. This results in a partnership that ensures that not only the key job requirements are met but the cultural "fit" is right.

Every assignment is carried out with the clients objectives and business success as paramount.This simple attitude underpins everything about Source Human Resources. I do not have junior consultants who are well trained in sales development and generating fees but bring no management background or Human Resources expertise to the table. All assignments are handled personally by me in a way that enhances the reputation of your business and mine. Many executives I have worked with as clients or candidates have related unpleasant experiences with some of the big name recruitment companies. I created Source Human Resources with a different set of values because I believe clients and candidates deserve better.
The difference that gives security and confidence to my clients is, instead of trusting their recruitment to a salesperson they tap into the industry knowledge of a senior Human Resources professional with over three decades of recruitment experience in industry. That background has included airlines, mining, diverse manufacturing, logistics and transport, working within executive teams as the trusted adviser on complex people issues. I now work exclusively in executive and professional recruitment because of the most critical single lesson I have learned. A company cannot take advantage of any market opportunity, smart management system or the HR practice without the right people. Nothing has as much impact on a business as finding and appointing the best people.
