Our Standard Fee Structure
My promise is to deliver a professional result that you will feel comfortable paying for. The fee structure is transparent and highly competitive. There are no additional charges for higher salary levels, "search fees" etc. Each assignment is managed personally with a commitment to quality and doing what is needed to achieve the best result. Some out of pocket costs cannot be covered by the fee and these are clearly defined and agreed before commencing an assignment.

- Implement the agreed advertising strategy
- Identify and screen potential candidates
- Targeted interviews and candidate evaluation
- Presentation of shortlist and individual reports
- Client assessment interviews
- Psychometric assessment if agreed
- Remuneration advice and negotiate commencement
- Candidate/client follow up

One Across the Board Fee
16% of the total commencement salary package plus GST
Expenses at cost will be charged for the following:
- Print media or special advertising
- Interstate travel
- Psychometric testing and reporting
